O.H.A: In Search of Oflu Hodja (2014)

Construction tycoon Ali Baltaoglu has grand ambitions and strong government connections. He dreams of transplanting Europe's Alps to the Black Sea in a Dubai-style metropolis, and he bankrolls three complete outsiders to shoot a documentary on Turkey's Black Sea urban legends. The film is really a covert ad for his planned "Kackar MegaMount 2023," a mountain city slated for Kackar Mountains National Park. A tight-lipped driver who can't actually drive joins them as they hunt for the legendary Swearing Ofu Hodja—a saintly, foul-mouthed imam with miraculous powers who champions nuclear fusion and rejects all authority. The mysterious hodja leads them through a string of misadventures, transforming their lives in a war between matter and meaning.
