Savage Mountain (2026)
In 2023, Kristin Harila set out to become the fastest person to summit the world's 14 highest peaks, a goal that stunned the climbing world. With her partner Tenjen Lama Sherpa, she achieved what many thought impossible, reaching all 14 summits in only 92 days and cutting Nims Purja's record in half. Yet what should have been her greatest triumph turned into a reckoning. During the final ascent, Harila was accused of stepping over a dying porter, sparking global backlash and heated debate over ambition, ethics, and who controls the narrative. Drawing on never-before-seen footage from K2, Savage Mountain examines the story behind the controversy.
