Disgruntled explosives specialist Robert Meyer hatches a plan to steal the Liberty Bell, outfitting it with three explosives and issuing a ransom of five million dollars. As the situation escalates, Steve Austin finds himself in a tight spot and must seek the assistance of incarcerated bomb technician Linstrom to neutralize Meyer’s dangerous traps.
