Fear Factor (2001)

S5E5 Best Friends

Title: Best Friends Plot: In this episode, four pairs of best friends face off in exciting challenges. Challenge #1 (Underwater Box): One team member is sealed inside a submerged Plexiglas container with a small air pocket. Their partner on the outside must reach through a hole to retrieve handles and assemble them into a crank. Once the crank is ready, the outside player must turn it to release their teammate, and both must race to grab a Fear Factor sticker positioned by the pool's edge. The three fastest teams advance, while the slowest is sent home. Challenge #2 (Tongue Bob and Transfer): Each team stands by two tanks—one filled with animal fat, the other with dead fish and oil. One player must dive in to retrieve cow tongues from their tank and pass them to their partner, who must carry the slimy prize using only their mouth.
