Despite this, the retail tycoon seizes the moment to reveal that the Selfridge group has acquired several new department stores throughout Britain. Back in London, the staff eagerly readies themselves for a special visit from famed author A.A. Milne, while Grove tries to maintain a sense of normalcy, only to be confronted by a surprising figure from his past.
