Motivated by the ride's vibrant inner tubes, he challenges the bakers to craft oversized, colorful inner tube cakes. Later, Jesse stops at an island known for its snorkeling, prompting the bakers to whip up lagoon cheesecakes adorned with underwater elements that judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Damaris Phillips can admire through a translucent gelatin layer.
