Alaska State Troopers (2009)

S1E1 Ice Patrol

Title: Ice Patrol Plot: During the 2009 Arctic Man Ski and Sno-Go Classic—Alaska's unique take on Mardi Gras—law enforcement faces a daunting task as around 10,000 revelers gather to celebrate and snowmachine enthusiasts showcase their skills. Over four days in the secluded Hoodoo Mountains, only 13 Alaska State Troopers are available to maintain order, enforce regulations, and conduct perilous search and rescue operations. Meanwhile, in Fairbanks, officers tackle crime and participate in a nighttime training drill, while another trooper and his K-9 unit investigate a suspicious car. Additionally, wildlife officers are busy during moose hunting season, responding to reports of illegally harvested animals.
